Special hotel rates have been reserved at both WEF official hotels: the Venetian and Excalibur. Primary WEF activities will take place at the Venetian. Both hotels have created online reservation systems specifically for WEF delegates.

As a WEF delegate you also have access to the 30+ official CES hotels. Please note that transportation to official WEF events and airport transportation will not be provided to/from these hotels. If you choose to stay in one of these hotels, you can take a taxi from the airport to/from your hotel and a taxi to one of the official WEF hotels to board the WEF shuttles. If you choose not to stay in one of the WEF official hotels make sure to book your room right away as hotel rooms sell out far in advance.
